There is control over what calls can be made based on the cost.

This can be set for national and international calls separately.

  • National outgoing calls can have a price limit (default = 20p/min)
  • International outgoing calls can have a price limit (default = 2p/min)
  • International calls can be disabled (setting price limit to 'Free')
  • National calls can be disabled (setting price limit to 'Free')

Accessing This Feature

Access is via the Control Pages as follows:

  1. Log in to the Control Pages with your xxx@a login
  2. Click on the Number you want to configure
  3. Click on the 'Outgoing' tab
  4. Change the settings in the 'Access' are.
  5. Note: Customers can reduce the limits, but contact Sales staff to increase.
