Microsoft Outlook

Double click on the email in your inbox. This will bring the message into a new separate window. Click on View, then Options. All header lines appear under Internet Headers at the bottom of the dialog that comes up

Microsoft Outlook Express

  1. Press Alt + Enter, or Alt + F
  2. then R.

Alternatively, to look for, copy and send headers:

  1. Double click on the email
  2. go to File - Properties
  3. Then you get a 'Headers' Tab, and a view source button too
  4. Right click - select all, then right click - copy...


Thunderbird

  1. Click on an email
  2. Ctrl U - will view the source


Apple Mail

  1. Go to the View menu and select Message and then Long Headers.
  2. copy/paste as required


Squirrel Mail

  1. Log in to webmail...
  2. Click on a message
  3. Click the 'View Full Header' link, which is just above the message.


Eudora

  1. Double click on the message to view.
  2. Click the 'blah blah blah' button above the message.


Netscape 4.xx

  1. Double click on the email in your inbox.
  2. Click on View,
  3. then Headers, then A
