 1. Quick ChecksFirst of all, go through these quick checks to see if they help fix a slow connection |
 2. Speed TestsSecondly, find out what speed your line should be, and run some tests to see what you are actually getting |
 3. Check CQM GraphYou may be able to tell from our monitoring graphs what is causing slow speed. Find out more here. |
 4. Use Diagnostic ToolsYou can run tests on the line to see if they indicate a fault. |
